"Its the 4th time ive made a visit. The quality of food was just as amazing as the first. Love taking my family from wales here when they visit. Staff are always lovely and friendly. Much cheaper than other waffle places they have eaten at. Always clean. Waitress clean tables stright away, even when youre heaving. Would recommend to anyone. Fantastic place xx"

"We had high expectations for our lunch. However, there were quite a few issues on the day. There was a slight delay to be seated to start with. The room was very dark and could have done with some candles or additional lighting. It was rather disappointing that it had not been made clearer on the website that the restaurants serves no alcohol. Our soft drinks were placed on the table including a bottle of sparkling water. I poured the water by myself. My husband and I both ordered the mushroom bourguignon pie. Unfortunately both of out dishes were stone cold and the food had to be sent back. Our hot replacement pies were extremely tasty and satisfying. We also sampled couple of desserts. My husband loved these but I found them too sweet. Service was overall attentive and I understand there had been some staffing issues on the day which would likely explain our experience. There was an offer to take some items off the bill at the end but by this point we had already paid. This could have been a great lunch but due to multiple issues I am hesitant to return."

"Went in here on Friday after a bad day at work. Good selection of beers and the food was good as well. An Irish guy behind the bar, I think was called Eddie, was great fun and cheered me up no end. It is nice when bar staff take the time to give good customer service however busy the bar is. Nice place I would recommend a visit."

"the lighthouse table bar in tooting bec has not only good eating, but very friendly staff. my friend and I get regularly fish and chips on a Friday and we always get our food with a smile. eating was consistent and the fish is excellent. the chips are always crisp, which is excellent. also saveloys and mushy bases are important at the point! lighthouse fish bar will make them a cheeseburger with lamb donner meat on it! I fought with the farewell next door (gourmet 2) to put the refuse lammdonner on a cattle burger. who knows why (see my review of gourmet 2 for my theorien.) the donnerburger I had on the other day was so good (see picture) that it inspired me to write this review. great work!"
