"The food was incredible and the service was excellent. I ordered the shrimp appetizer and the filet Signor Sassi, both of which were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the parmesan cheese and olives that were served before the meal instead of bread. It was a great option for someone like me who cannot eat bread or wheat products."

"This restaurant is clearly overrated. I ordered the burrata with tomatoes, and the burrata was unremarkable while the tomatoes were overripe. Next, I tried the tagliolini with black truffles; the pasta was slightly overcooked, and there were only three truffles on the plate. Overall, the service was average. We had to request basic items like olive oil, salt, and broth. There was also a diner who loudly complained and insulted the staff, which was quite outrageous. We ended up leaving the restaurant feeling frustrated and upset. While such behavior isn’t acceptable, it reflects the dissatisfaction with the service we experienced."

"I decided to make a reservation at Maison du Mezze for an early dinner before a show and I was not disappointed! Despite the slightly higher prices, the location right on Leicester Square made it worth it. The stylish decor, lively atmosphere, and delicious food were all excellent. They make their own juices and smoothies, as well as baklava made with real honey. The mezze dishes were all very tasty. By sharing small plates, we were able to save a bit of money without sacrificing quality. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we were served quickly so we could make it to the theater on time. I highly recommend Maison du Mezze and would definitely return."

"We really enjoyed everything about steak and lobster it was our first visit. however, I was confused about the Seht menu and the à la cart menu. I chose the Kağtçı and I tried many times to call because they were trying to charge me the same money for my seven-year-old daughter as myself and my 14-year-old son so it didn’t make sense to get the menu. I must’ve at least picked up so I could clarify the situation. When we got there I asked about it and they said that we were unable to get the menu and that we should have called to explain that we were my seven-year-old daughter and that she didn’t have to pay the menu. I explained that nobody was picking up. So we paid nearly £180 including the service charge which I felt was quite expensive even though we really did enjoy the meal. I don’t think we would do it again."

"The food was nice, but for the price I was expecting something outstanding. The food was definitely not outstanding. The steak was nicely seasoned but was thin and not to the standard I would expect from a steakhouse. The lobster tasted like it had been pre prepared awhile before. Slightly rubbery and dry. The fries and peppercorn sauce were nice but they were almost the standout part of the dish. Not what you want when ordering a surf and turf"

"We went here after my son’s graduation at the request of the graduate. We’d been here once before on a whim. For a chain restaurant in a shopping centre this place is really nice. Very busy decor presumably designed with the European customer in mind but so cheerful, colourful and lively. The welcome is fantastic and so is the food. Classic Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine but you can also have a version of steak and chips too so even more conservative eaters would be OK. The cost mounts up easily but we will still definitely eat here again."

"Although the restaurant is pleasantly decorated, that was the highlight of our visit. We felt that there was a bad attitude to customers from the start. We asked for tap water and instead of being given a jug for the table, we were each given a half filled glass. When we saw the astronomical prices for drinks, for water, for creamy milk drinks we realised that we'd better make our tepid tap water last. The food was average with no extras like you'd expect our cold mezze plate for was basically some dips plus rice in vine leaves. No pitta you have to pay extra for that. Rest of food distinctly average, some not nice at all spinach parcels avoid. Very loud music playing. Large service charge added. Will never go back"

"I was very disappointed that they got the job wrong and gave me sweet potatoes (which I couldn't eat) instead of the vegan baked rolls I was looking forward to the experiment. their Cheesy chips had a teespoon size of sprinkle rubber cheese, I had to add my own and heat them up. the same went for the pizza, very little cheese, chewing teig and very limp looking and tasting veg. they were also half an hour too late. not recommended."

"I never usually leave reviews, but I feel particularly motivated after my experience at villa marina. My girlfriend ordered the chicken and chorizo paella and I ordered pizza. Unfortunately the chicken in the paella wasn’t right, it was crunchy chewy and rubbery. It was inedible. I told the waitress that it wasn’t right and asked if it had been cooked properly, I was told that that is how the chicken is, if it wasn’t cooked it would be pink and I should Google it. She did offer to give us another paella meal, but she said it would be the same as that is what the chicken is like. She was very defensive and unapologetic which lead us to leave it and just not eat the chicken as we did not want to get ill. They did knock £6 off the £16 charge for the paella, however I feel this is not good enough and felt compelled to write a review due to the way that the situation was handled as it made the atmosphere very awkward and ruined our meal. The pizza and wine was nice though."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"After I saw pictures on the sotto Facebook page of eating, I tried it. I had annoyed my partner for months. so on Saturday night we and another couple thought we would go for tee before we had a cocktail night in the city. the service was quite disappointing, it was quite busy, but not pushed by the feet and there were several workers on to 5/6 I think. our drinks lasted long until we were finished, and when we finished them, tried to draw the waiter attention to another drink, was a chorus. Several employees went past the table and didn't think to take our glasses and the wine glasses on the table, so it just looked creepy. our food took very long until we had come; with two other tables that came after us, we were served! what we had to have been to a man who had to have been the shift manager, and he answered by apologising and that he had to work with "an old staff today at night". one of the waitresses was a young girl who just stood around and didn't do much and we had to ask her to take away our glasses. we were almost finished with our second amount of drinks when our food finally came. the presentation was beautiful, unfortunately my carbonara wayy had to garlic in so that I could not eat everything. my partner had a pizza that was absolutely amazing, but the basic was quite soggy, I guess because fresh tomats are used in the sauce that is understandable. the bill was not too bad and we had another round drinks instead of pudding. the whole evening was good, drinks were also tasty and cheap, as cocktails go, but the service was disappointing and the eating was subduing. I will probably not rush back soon"

"We called in last night impromptu on our way home from a day at Lightwater Valley. The staff were lovely and seated us straight away. We had our 2 children with us , age 4 and 8, they couldn’t have been nicer to them. We all ordered from the happy hour menu and the food was fantastic, excellent value for money and very tasty. We will definitely be back. Lovely family meal but would also like to go back as a couple/with friends so we could make a night of it. Brilliant place."

"We visited today after seeing the great reviews. We had 2 salt beef bagels and a tiramisu and cannoli to take away. Mayo was added to the first bagel without asking first which seemed unusual for a salt beef bagel but my husband didn’t want to be awkward so said it was fine. We live a short distance away and when we arrived home we ate, the bagels were awful with a stingy amount of very bland, fatty meat and untoasted bagel with a ridiculous amount of Mayo and Dijon mustard. It was the worst salt beef bagel we have ever had. We were hoping for better with the desserts but the tiramisu had no coffee taste and seemed to be made entirely with whipped cream and no mascarpone or ricotta. The cannoli was fine but nothing special. Such a shame after expecting good things. The staff were friendly but most of the food ended up uneaten and thrown away."

"I walked past this place countless times before I was tempted to step inside. I am so glad that I did. I had the spicy pizza which was as good as any from one of Richmond's pizzerias. The pasta dishes I've tried, arrabiata and carbonara were cooked to perfection. The veggie breakfast was excellent and the egg, sausage and bacon sandwich... my 3 favourite foods in a ciabbata... what's not to like? The decor is low key, the staff attentive and the food excellent. Go here when you just want a bite to eat and don't need the restaurant theatre that would be more suitable for a date night."

"Castellos is always a delight to visit and I can't wait to try their Christmas menu. They offer good gluten-free options for our daughter. Parking is easily available and the service is excellent. We had dinner there and found the price per person to be around £30-40. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks of 5. Some recommended dishes include the Classic Bruschetta, Margherita Arancini, Garlic Bread, Soup, Linguine Bolognese, Crispy Pork Belly Bites, Hand Cut Chips, Chicken Supreme, and Mushroom Risotto. There is plenty of parking space with options for free parking in the lot or on the street."

"The only reason this place gets any stars at all is the wait staff who despite being run off their feet and being forced to constantly apologise on behalf of the 'chefs ' were always very polite and smiley. After waiting for over an hour we asked how long it would be, we were not given an answer but rather a plate of dips. Nothing to dip into the dips though!! Eventually almost 90 minutes after ordering our food came. They 'd ran out of chicken so substituted it for lamb which ordinarily would be a great deal but the other element of the meal was lamb. So lamb, lamb and rice. We ate a nominal amount of lamb before paying the bill."

"We booked this restaurant at the last minute and had never been here before. The restaurant is in a good location off the square in the town centre and even though we live about miles away it was very much worth the drive. Our first course brushetta) was not on the menu and was prepared without quibble at our request. Although it wasn't the best I had ever tasted it was very good and obviously prepared as an extra. We then came to the main courses and I plumped for the seafood dish with spaghetti. The flavours were quite brilliant and the volume was just about right. My wife had the pesto chicken which appeared to be equally as good. I had the Lemonchello pudding and, although expensive for what it was was extremely good and very powerful on the flavours. Overall a VERY pleasant experience. We will be back."
