"It was Valentine’s Night and as we always celebrate it with our friends we thought of going somewhere different, brilliant choice. Lovely old country Public House, happy and efficient staff who made us very welcome and the food was first class."

"Lovely staff and great food. The belly pork was very tender. My husband's venison was delicious and not dry. My mother-in-laws gammon went down a treat. We sat in the dog friendly part of the pub where they were given clean fresh water and dog biscuits."
