"Our reservation was on time and we were seated at a large table in the center of the restaurant. We had mentioned when booking that we were celebrating a tattoo but were not informed that we needed to download an app to place our order. We eventually figured out how to use the app to order drinks and food on our own, but encountered a problem and had to go to the bar to order again. The drinks were decent and served promptly, but the food took over an hour to arrive, with the last burger coming out at the same time as the first one. We had to visit the bar twice to inquire about our order. Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience and do not plan to return. It may be more suitable for smaller groups, as ordering was challenging for our group. Suggest providing clearer instructions on how to use the app and assigning a server dedicated to larger parties in the future to improve the dining experience."
