"Must of been an off day! Went for bottomless brunch with family, thinking it would be easier with costs we were not shown to a table even though it was booked , handed non brunch menus, had to ask twice how the BB bottomless brunch worked. Were left sitting without food or drink for about 20 mins then asked our food orders still no drinks whole point of a BB! waited another 5 10 mins still no sign of a drink or waiting staff … we got up and left … sorry but it was a sad experience which left me embarrassed as I had booked fit my family."
