"The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was incredible! The wings were hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. They were bursting with flavor and excellently seasoned. I truly enjoyed the wings; they were the best I've had in a long time! The taste was phenomenal, and the wings not only tasted great but were also visually appealing and a generous size. Chunky Chicken is right up there with KFC – their chicken wings are that good! Honestly, I think they're even better than Dixy down the road on Wednesbury. The fries were also fantastic; they were fresh, crispy, and delicious! Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience, and I will definitely be ordering from here again during my visits to Walsall. I highly recommend Chunky Chicken!"

"Nice exterior. Big space inside. Be warned however: this is Gosford St and the food matches. Asked for a chicken shawarma wrap, sadly it was an absolute disaster. £6.50 for a meal which took about 15 minutes to come. The chicken wasnt shawarma chicken, it was literal asian curry chicken that you should have with rice, and it tasted bland and soggy at that. The wrap was very big however. The chips were decent. The guy serving looked miserable. I left after 3 bites of the wrap. This place isnt for real food, it 's for post-saturday-night-out dirty kebabs only. Pepes across the road is similarly priced and the chicken is decent."

"This restaurant is very convenient for me because they serve food during early hours when I am most hungry and eager to eat. However, once the hunger subsides, I realize that the food is not very good. The chicken pieces have an unpleasant taste and are often undercooked. The masala fish pack is decent, but only if it is freshly made. The fries are oily and sometimes cold, so I usually discard them. The pizzas are mediocre, neither good nor bad, but I suppose I can't be too picky considering limited options in Perry Barr in the morning."

"This is a review of an eat in meal. The price of the food suggested it was going to be good, because it isn’t cheap . I have eaten here twice. The first time, I had an English cooked breakfast. That was pretty poor. Cheap ingredients . But I figured it might be because they don’t specialise in full English breakfasts, so I decided to call in again and have a desi special breakfast and desi tea. Very disappointing. Basically oily scrambled eggs with peppers and things in it, plus baked beans and a dry roti type flat bread. Nothing to justify the £6.50 price. Desi tea , pointless and not very nice for £1.50. Just disappointing. They seem very busy with takeaway delivery orders. Perhaps that is where they concentrate. But I don’t think I’ll give that a try."

"Went into the shop on a Tuesday evening ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 slices of cake. Waited 20 minutes to be given it and then to get home and find the lids of the milkshakes upside down in the top ? I rang them to find out why the lids were upside down inside the milkshake and the person I spoke to said that’s how they seal properly in transport? The cake had been shoved into the box and half of it was on top of the box lid. Worst place in banbury Then said that was it and hung up."

"I phoned Zeat Pizza to give my order when a lady picked up my call, she was talking in the punjabi with someone else in the background, whenever I order from zeat pizza I know few of their staff members from long time, and I am their regular customer from many years but today when I called the lady picked up the call and I asked her how she is doing? As we normally asked whenever we call to place an order and this lady was so so rude to me and saying why I asked her that if she is ok, she said to me give your order and you have no concern to ask me if I am okay or not, and when I said I know your boss and I’m gonna ring him and say your staff is so so rude then I cut off the call and she called me back, no apologies nothing just said what you want to order? I never ever have this experience from this place before but today I will tell 100 of people who knows me in BEDFORD, I will tell on social media never visit this place Again, their staff knows me every well By TikTok. It doesn’t take long to loss the customers. Sorry I’m not buying anything from here again."

"Absolutely shocking service. Stated 45 mins delivery, arrived 40 mins late (after calling the restaurant). Ordered 4 burger meals, onion rings and a garlic bread. All delivered late and cold, 1 burger meal was wrong. Phoned restaurant to be offered a new burger and onion rings delivered in 30 mins!!! Not straight away. No refund or exchange on the garlic bread as apparently I was moaning about everything. Person I spoke to even tried to argue that my garlic bread wasn’t cold, how he knows that when he’s not with me is unbelievable. Absolutely horrible uncaring customer service too busy raking the money in off other people. Will never order from again and will advise everyone possible to steer clear of this terrible service!! Driver was 40 mins late and practically illegally entered my house by the time I was at the door."

"Terrible customer services. Find the man with a tash very rude when he serves. The shop have a card machine so you can pay by card but he says that they get charged by the bank and tell you to get cash out. But the cash machines around charge you £2 extra. Why bother having a card machine at the shop!!!!! They are using the franchise Maemes just for the name as the prices are way different than the original maemes website. The closing times are all different as on google it says 1am He refused to serve us at 10pm on Sunday because they were closing but on the site it says 1am There was bottle of sauces on display where it looked out of date. I have found this guy very rude who works at the front with no good customer services."
