"When we arrived (party of 8), they had no knowledge of my booking via Open Table. During the evening 3 or 4 tables left due to lack of any service. Some had beer but refused to pay as they had been waiting so long. We stuck it out and in the end the food was good. We couldn't get hot or even warm plates for our food and we couldn't have the centre table warming units for our food dishes. We were told they had no staff. It took 2 and a half hours to get started and mains. I work in Bright once a year for 7 days,and always pay a visit to Noori's, some clearly has gone wrong here on this occasion, no discount or a free round of drinks were offered as compensation for us sticking it out. I arranged the booking for my colleagues and felt very let down. I may never return."
