"I recently ordered a bag of chips at a restaurant. I was only informed AFTER I HAD PAID that there would be a wait for my order. Shouldn't they inform customers of this before they pay, so they can decide if they want to wait? Additionally, when asked if I wanted salt and vinegar on my chips, I requested only vinegar due to health reasons. However, when I got home, I found that salt had already been added without my knowledge. This lack of communication and disregard for customer preferences led me to throw away my last bag of chips from Martella's. It is disappointing that the restaurant did not own up to their mistake. I will not be returning as a customer."
