"This place wasn't busy and had no real atmosphere. The staff are all very polite. This place is fine for a quiet drink, but I wouldn't here. My friend had fish and chips, which had bones In and came 10mins before my meal, this place was not busy at all and my food came 10mins after my friend's which is bad and no apologie for it and also no checking our food was OK, if they did I would have happily have told them this. The beyond burger I ordered was not a beyond burger, it was a cheap imitation, please change this on your menu and don't lie to people, I know what beyond burgers look and taste like and this not a beyond burger. Fries were good, burger was just ok, it wasn't very hot, probably because it came 10minutes after my friend's meal and was just left sat there getting cold. The burger also looked a mess, it looked like it was shoved together quickly even though I had to wait ages for it, also the plate wasn't cleaned. There were plenty of staff here and nit many customers, there is really no excuses for meal coming so late after my friends. Also our plates were left for 1 hour after we had a eaten, again plenty of staff so no excuses. Whilst I was still waiting for my food, this random guy popped out if nowhere, I am guessing he is the manager, he never introduced himself and he came over and read out a list if ingredients in the supposed burger, to which I said it's fine I have had a beyond burger before and I am fine with them, not knowing that it wasn't a behind burger. This random man who read the ingredients out then disappeared. This place is fine for fldrinka, but not food. If someone had checked how the food was maybe this could have been resolved. Also need more vegetarian and vegan options on the menu."
