"Horrendous! We received our order nearly 1 hour late and got it wrong. They didn 't contact us to tell us that it was here and they also left some of our order out of it , for the price we paid we got near to no food and everything was soggy and greasy. 2x lots of jumbo sausage and chips came to £7 and we received about 10 chips each- also when we rang back we were called 'thick ' for asking for a refund on a £30 order."
