"We booked this specifically because it had a vegan menu on the booking website. In realty it hasn’t. There was only one vegan choice on the menu which fortunately was very good when it arrived. The food overall was good if a bit mean with the sandwiches. The tea was not automatically replenished and when we asked for more the Manager said no as it wasn’t on repeat. We did manage to have hot water…. Eventually. There were not enough people serving for the number of tables and it seemed only one person took food/drink orders. We had a good time despite these limitations and we weren’t made to hurry. I’d not go back for afternoon tea but would have a snack if visiting the Wallace collection."
