"I went to this restaurant for Sunday roast with two friends. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant, but the service was extremely disappointing. My friend waited 20 minutes for a coke, and our food took 50 minutes to arrive without a proper apology. We had to ask multiple waiters for gravy, and were disappointed to receive plain cauliflower instead of the cauliflower cheese listed on the menu. When we inquired about the missing cheese, the waiter had to check with the kitchen and informed us they were not serving cheese that day. Another couple near us almost walked out due to the long wait for their food, but were persuaded to stay when their meals were brought out. It's unfortunate that the service was lacking, as the Sunday roast itself was tasty. We requested for the service charge to be removed from our bill, which was done without any issues."
