"I have been to the Rose Lounge for many years, I usually make my visit with my family when they visit me in London from Hong Kong every year. I am always a fan of the lounge for the afternoon tea, but this time, the experience was not so great. My family finally came to visit after 3 years due to Covid-19, and we made ourselves to the lounge as usual. However, by the time we visit, the lounge only provided the 'Diptyque ' afternoon tea instead of the ordinary one which we usually ordered. I used to order a set for two to share among three people as we want to leave room for dinner, and we did this for many years. The waitress bring us to our seats and asked if we have been here before and I said yes, so she leave us alone with the menu, I try to order the Diptyque set for two person to share among three, and the waitress told us we cannot do this as this will have to be ordered per headcount, so I asked again if that is not possible to share our tea set, and she said very rudely thats why I asked if you 've been here before! and other customers looked at us which made us feel embarrassing, she could have told us in a nicer way to explain, the rules have changed so we would order the set per headcount, we ordered three cream-tea set at last as we cannot eat the whole set for three and we would never come again!"
