"The play was scheduled to last for three and a half hours with only a 15-minute interval, so my friend Louise and I knew we needed to have a meal before taking our seats. We quickly searched for restaurants nearby and decided to try Sartori, an Italian restaurant located just a few minutes' walk from the theater. We booked a table to enjoy their pre-theater menu, which ends around 6.00 pm. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a quick meal before the show, nor did I want to feel too full or sleepy during the performance. However, having a meal and a glass of wine beforehand was important for catching up with my friend and preparing for the evening ahead. It was a convenient and enjoyable dining experience before heading to the theater."

"We bought a two course dinner and wine for two on Groupon for my husbands birthday and I had booked a table ahead of time. Upon arrival staff were extremely rude and made it clear they had no reservation despite me booking and getting a confirmation email. Aside from that we were told we could stay. We had our new born with us in the push chair and despite the restaurant being completely empty of customers inside we were directed to a table right at the opened doors with the draft and cigarette smoke wafting in. When we asked to change tables the waitress was quite flippant. We couldn't fault the food, it was a tasty meal, however the service was poor and staff were very unfriendly. Would have expected much more after reading such exemplary ratings online. I don't think we would go again, as a dining experience isn't just about the food, it's about the welcome you get and the kind of service you receive"

"After looking forward to this meal all day as an alternative to a hospital meal (been in St Mary’s next door for weeks), I was disappointed with what was delivered. The Fantasia Special looked nothing like the website images and actually whilst this element...was tasty with the mushroom sauce topping, it is described online as grilled chicken breast topped with creamy mushrooms. However the chicken was not a nice fat looking chicken breast and was more like chicken that had been butterflied as was thin and flat with just a long shape. The rice which was served in separate container was like a rice I’d get from a Chinese takeaway and some overcooked and clumped together. The side dish Of veg that I paid extra for was again in a separate container and was like the cheapest canned vegetable mix you’d buy in a supermarket and was not great at all, I’d certainly be kicking off hugely if I was dining in and that turned up on my plate. I was expecting some fresh brocolli and greens perhaps but this was just a joke. Real shame of a meal after a day of looking forward to eating this based on lovely looking web images which appear to be totally false."
