I trust her judgement, and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the lamb dumplings and salad. The food had a wonderful contrast of flavors, combining richness from ingredients like sour cream, fats, and fish eggs with a hint of acidity. The dessert of honey cake and cottage cheese pancake was also a delightful end to the meal.
