While other spots on the east end of the road attract customers for coffee and casual items during the day, George's restaurant shines as the go-to spot for dinner. We have found ourselves preferring to dine at George's rather than at the other nearby restaurants with higher price points. The menu at George's offers a variety of delicious dishes, with prices ranging from £20 to £200 per head. The staff at George's are incredibly friendly and always eager to offer their recommendations. The sounds of satisfaction that come from diners' tables, such as "oooh," "wow," and "mmmm," are a testament to the quality of the food. One standout dish we tried was a deep and flavorful curry with various types of fish that simply melted in the mouth, leaving a subtle aftertaste of cardamom. The house specialty curry was unlike anything we had tasted before, truly authentic and delicious. Another memorable dish was a tender bouillon from the specials menu that we couldn't get enough of. The seafood platter on our table was a hit, as we couldn't stop indulging in every bite. We are already looking forward to returning to George's to try more of their offerings.
