"I visited this restaurant for a meal and had a great experience. The food was affordable and delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was welcoming with a diverse range of patrons of all ages. The function suite area was excellent as well. Additionally, sports enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of channels available."

"We had a complimentary room for free because of a previous bad visit back in August 2020. Because of covid lockdown we had to move it from Feb 21 to May 21. Then from May 21 to this August. What we didn't know until arrival was that the hotel manager had taken it over and the hotel/restaurant has changed brands (I think pub chains) however they still honoured our booking which I think was super because in theory they didn't need to do this. Not only were we upgraded to a super king room... as our previous visit was a double room... but we were also given a bottle of complimentary prosecco. Amazing! All staff super friendly and approachable. We had lunch here as well, a Burger and the footlong nachos. So good and reasonable priced. The room was beautiful so spacious and clean. Bedsheets smelt amazing Our room number 10 overlooked the D13 bar terrace who had a singer on 2-5.30pm which if that ever changed to an evening would be an issue as he was that loud it was like he was in the room with us "

"Have had a visit recently for a cooling drinks in heat locally to my house. A very lovely outside seating area with and without shade which I have enjoyed very much seating together with my little boy. I do love that the pub is kids friendly! Good service on the bar and a lovely selection of drinks and food to have dinner. I would definitely recommend to go have a dinner and a drink in a nice sunny day ! Thank you for a good service"

"The chips are frozen not home made. They weren't at all nice. The BBQ chicken bacon melt was much lacking, not enough sauce although more was provided when requested. There was hardly any cheese. Not the usual tasty dish I'm used to. My husband enjoyed the tikka although complained that the poppadoms were chewy. Thought it would be nicer as Dinas is such a lovely area but unfortunately not. Staff were accommodating, the waiting time however was a little long."
