"fantastic French bistro food and very good service. a great addition to the high street and I am sure it will be a success. I had a steak, my wife ate the seabrat she enjoyed, and our daughter chose the pork and the lyonnaise kartoffels she enjoyed. the portions were generous and the house wine was excellent. the children's menu is simply smaller portions of the adult meal we thought was a much better idea that the usual Burger Fish Goujons that offer most restaurants. the prices were very reasonable, I thought, especially given the quality of cooking and service. very happy to see le marmiton in wanstead, so thanks to the entire team."
