"Just popped in on our day out to portsdown hill to look at what they got, I knew they can be expensive and as me and my partner do not have a lot to spend on treats like this usually, i thought I treat me my gf to a donut to share. The manager on duty there was kind enough to notice this and insisted on giving us another one for free. This sort of kindness goes a very long way I will remember this. Thank you so much to him for making our day so much better. It’s customer service like this that keeps us customers satisfied for years : very happy now."
