We recently dined at this restaurant and had a mix of experiences. The food was truly delicious, although there were a couple of initial hiccups. My steak, which I ordered medium, unfortunately arrived well done. However, I want to highlight that it was replaced without any hassle, which I appreciated very much. That said, the prices are on the higher side.
One downside was the service from our waiter, Noah. He appeared quite unfriendly and indifferent, which detracted from our overall experience. At one point, he accidentally bumped into my partner and placed the plates on the table rather roughly—behavior I wouldn't expect at a restaurant of this caliber.
On a positive note, the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which helped salvage our evening.
In conclusion, while the food is excellent, the service needs to be more consistent and professional to align with the high price point."
