"Our food wasn’t hot my carbonara was not good had been kept warm had a skin on it and the bacon was so hard we didn’t have time to complain as we’re going to a matinee at the theatre the staff were lovely and were under a lot of pressure it was very busy would go again and hopefully things would be better"

"I love Cichetti’s but this time the service fell below the usual standard. My son who has allergies was treated like he was a complete pain and the waiter was huffing and puffing and due to the language barrier was hard to communicate. It was felt it was all our fault for making a fuss just because we wanted to check food was safe. The eyes rolled more than once. Then they also missed off the chips and got another friend’s order wrong. It was like they decide to write us off after that and we’re not interested in providing any service. We were pleasant and engaging but did not get that back. Plus who these days with the rise of allergies cooks ALL their food in the same friers. It was a shame as usually so friendly and the quality of the food is good but they wiped their hands of us for having the temerity to have allergies!!! So was not a nice experience at all. Don’t go unless you can eat everything!!"
