"Pizza itself is delicious, but it 's overpriced for what it is and their service can be pretty awful which often ruins the experience. Because it 's essentially a group of high guys making your food (smoking literally around the corner of the shop) half the time your ticket won 't be logged or your pizza might not be cooked properly. When it works it 's great, but their service is non existent. Not even a sorry for not logging my order and making me wait an extra 10 mins while they finally put it through. It 's not the biggest inconvenience in the world but I hate the attitude a simple 'sorry about this ' goes a long way, instead I wasn 't even told directly my order wasn 't put in, this was just second hand knowledge from them talking amongst themselves."
