Succulent shrimp grilled to perfection, served with a zesty garlic butter sauce and a side of fresh lemon wedges.

"It was our first time eating at Giovanni’s yesterday after recently moving to Knutsford. And what a treat it was. The waiter could not have been any better and went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely meal. He even bought over a little juice and ice cream for our 2 year old and also a dessert treat for my husband as it was his Birthday. The service was outstanding and the food was just delicious. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you!"

"The restaurant was not open for our 7am breakfast reservation despite accepting our reservation via Open Table and having an opening time of 6am. We were traveling and needed to be assured a hot meal at an early hour, and Milano never contacted us to cancel the reservation or apologize for not being open when it was supposed to be. Its website also does not have an email address so you can only contact it via phone which doesn't work to alert management to a problem when the restaurant is closed. Very disappointing."

"beautiful. what a beautiful place. we rarely dare over the road to trongate, but when we do, we have always made a note to go to this place. we were on Saturday night. the place was really busy so I would recommend the booking. when we arrived, there was a waiting queue from the door of men waiting to show their tables. they enter through a curtain and the dimly illuminated restaurant. everyone looked really happy and was happy to eat. the only mistake was a fairly dry pasta main. they also have the attached cafe e2 and they are connected by a corridor so that they can go there for a drink while waiting for their table. we would definitely return to esca."

"Kambi’s was such an authentic experience. Most of the common eateries in the UK carry a taste palate to suit the locals however sometimes you are looking for that authentic experience where the taste is able to transport you to that place in ur head. Kambi’s is one such place. Being a vegetarian I got a plethora of options to choose from. Vegetarian Shawarma rolls, falafels and there was a dish with pita bread infused with halloumi inside which was heavenly. 5/5 on food; just a thing though that I felt that salt was a lil high for me. Usually I don’t expect much from service these days as its usually temporary staffing whose not much aware of the dishes and the culinary experience however here the service was great but could improve an inch. Overall, Recommended for sure!"

"Popped into the Potting Shed for some lunch with my Girlfriend. We ordered the Four Cheese Pizza and the Yorkshire Burger with Blue Cheese. Both arrived in quick time and were cooked to perfection and well seasoned, we also took advantage of the £5 off deal so excellent value for money!! The staff were brilliant too, they were pleasant and attentive and checked a couple of times that everything was ok…. Would really recommend this pub, seems to run like clockwork !!"

"We visited Newcastle for the first time and discovered this excellent little resteraunt, the staff welcomed us with a bow and a smile and they were very attentive without being fussy. The food was excellent I went for the Thai Fishcakes for starters and my wife went for the grilled prawns bothe were absolutley delicous, for my main course I opted for the Masamen curry whilst my wife went for a Spicey Thai red curry again both dishes were impresively presented and tasted fabulous. I have been to Thailand many times and this is one of the first times that I have found food this authentic and mouthwatering outside of that beautiful country, When I next come back to Newcastle I will be making a bee line for this place"

"I have an immense appreciation for this restaurant's location in the heart of Edinburgh. The service was very friendly, and I would highly recommend it for families looking to enjoy a great meal together."

"Live music for the night- jazz pianist, was good. Service was very slow, considering the restaurant was not full. We weren't overly impressed with the food- carbonara was thick and too creamy, lamb steak was small and pizza bland. Wine was good and espresso martini was strong"

"Was so pleased with my meal here! The lasagne was served without a single sign of grease, the spag bowl was just the right amount for a large eater, and the stone oven garlic bread pizza was spot on. The prices are very reasonable for...the location, the lasagne that's served at my work in Devon is almost double the price. My dad, a very fussy eater, was very pleased and had zero complaints (unheard of Service was quick and spot on!"

"This is the worst dining experience I have had in Dublin due to one of the waiters We booked a table and deposited the money required, which I understood due to the busy time. There was a very rude waiter who said to us (quote) 'Nobody comes to a restaurant just to order deserts when he got to know that we were just ordering wine and deserts, other than a full set three-course meal We completely understand the rationale behind this, but the way this message was delivered to us was very unprofessional, disrespectful and in fact, very rude. I could think of a million ways to better tell your customers the same information. The waiter is black (This is not related to race at all! but his language could come across rude due to English not being his first language? benefit of the doubt is given here However, when we were leaving, the nice female receptionist was super nice and professional, making it less awkward to both sides Still, no customers should be treated like this"

"We ordered olives as an appetizer, but initially, they told us they were unavailable. Surprisingly, they found some after we had finished our meal, but then they mistakenly charged us for them. Our waitress was very pleasant, but she struggled to open the wine bottle she had. The simple, rustic Italian food was decent, but not worth the price. We opted for no appetizers and instead had pesto linguine with halibut for me and pork in lemon sauce with fries for my wife. The total bill came to nearly £70, which left us feeling disappointed with the overall experience."

"We booked Gigis for a special celebration as I have visited many times in the past. Unfortunately the food was very poor, not as expected. The majority of staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly, with the exception of a female kitchen staff member and male barmen all others were a little standoffish and did not come across as friendly. We left a large proportion of our food, including overcooked sea bass and pasta, reheated but still cold new potatoes and greasy zucchini. Inspire of this the waitress did not blink and eye, when we think she should have pushed as to why. We left very quickly not wanting to ruin and further our special day and celebration."
