"I ordered a pizza through the website . Although the money was taken I didn’t receive an email of confirmation . The pizza hadn’t arrived after 45 min so I rang the Holyhead Road shop and was told the pizza would arrive in 5 mins . After 20 mins I rang again and was told they had no order !! My partner got annoyed as we had waited over an hour and put the phone down . We then received an abusive call from the manager asking my partner to go in the shop so he could sort him out threatening!"

"I have recently tried papa john’s and now I am a converter. the pizzas are great and with the offered are a good price. my favorites are the tickets and the cheerful brote. I had no problems with this branch, the pizzas were hot and eating was ready when I arrived at the collection. I will come back in definitiw."
