"Superb Pizzas...and very friendly crew !. Visited here with family on Saturday night..didn't have reservations and was very busy. We did try calling but we just got to leave a message. Anyway the friendly manager said the wait world be an hour but accommodated us in half. The staff are very friendly and all of them seem to be serving all the tables, albeit at times they tend to forget orders. But the advantage is that you don't get rushed and can have a relaxed time. The atmosphere is great and lively and is a trendy and energetic area of Manchester. The best part of the menu are the starters and the spectacular variety of pizzas. "The food has always been delicious but the wait is the longest I have ever known! Both times we have placed the order online for delivery and it tells you a time but soon after you get an email saying it will be considerably later. And then it doesn’t even come at that time. I placed my order at 5pm, at 625pm I got a call to say it was being prepared and one of my items was not available. I find this wait hard to take when so many other takeaways arrive much quicker that that. 2 hours from order to arrival is really not acceptable and to find out an hour and a half after you order that you can’t have what you want is pretty poor really"
