"I have to say, In subway over the years there has been a massive decline in service in a lot of subways I've gone to, rushed orders, random closing times that do not follow what it says on the door and staff who just seem so miserable! Driving past and seeing one open close to closing time (9:50pm) Kumar at this subway has completely flipped my view, the nicest greeting when coming through the door (even while serving a customer already), constant smile, reassurance it's not too late (have worked in the industry, its a massive pain coming in so late), not rushed at all, for once I've had someone try and upsell me at every station. I'm very particular and Kumar was patient, didn't rush and made the whole experience such a treat! I would rather drive past my 3 other subways just to be served by this man again! Please look after and cherish this man! All the subways in Bristol need to learn from him, especially the one near the air balloon roundabout *UPDATE* I take it all back! Got told by the guy working today that subway close at 9:45 to close up and clean up and when I asked them why does it say your open until 10 online and on the door, he started apologising and it's too late because he's put everything away, this was at 9:45 exactly which means he's started cleaning at 9:30 at least...
