"On Friday 6th November I visited subway in cosham to grab some lunch in my break after a busy morning working in QA hospital. There was 4 people in front of me, and phone orders being prepared. I noticed a young dark hair girl serving and not once did she change her gloves. When she approached me and asked what I would like I asked her, if she could change her gloves, which I think I have every right to do. She rolled her eyes and abruptly took them off. I asked her if she had a problem with this, to which she replied , no but this is not essential !!! I explained that with the pandemic it is essential, and I have every right to ask. She was so rude and unprofessional I was gobsmaked. I asked to speak to a manager , who was on the till at the time, and asked the manager if she thought it was ok for her member of staff to speak to me this way. The manager said she did not know what was going on , which is a lie, as she was there while the conversation was going on. I did report this to the owner, to which I was disgusted with the reply. Like per usual closed ranks , and took the side of the staff. There was no customer service involved and I will never return to this store again. Please if anyone visits this store , they obviously do not care about the hygiene of the public"
