"Sadly we had an untrained uninformed waiter and went at a time when the pizza oven was just being turned off due to an earlier problem. We were denied pizzas, not given menus on arrival, had to ask for water twice and for cutlery. The waiter told us the vegetables pasta had vegetables in the meat pasta had meat in. My large glass of wine was given as half a litre in a carafe. They also didn't have the beer we wanted the homemade lemonade was so small it was just a couple of sips. We all had burgers in the end which were good."

"Visited for the first time here yesterday and was immediately impressed with the excellent customer service . We turned up 10 mins before opening, as a large group of 9 kids and 7 adults without booking and was so impressed that they opened the doors early for us as it was so cold waiting outside (without us asking) All the kids loved the big choice of reasonably priced waffles, crepes and flavoured ice creams . Have been to Creams several times too but Twists is definately on par food and staff wise , if not better . Will definately be returning soon to Twists ...Thanku "

"I had an absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant, which has spectacular food prepared by talent with Michelin pedigree and a very precisely curated selection of wines. The value for the money is hard to beat in a city like London. Tom and team made me feel right at home at the bar despite being on my own on business, and it was great to swap stories and learn from them all at once. I will be referring colleagues and customers for sure, and look forward to going back next time I’m in London!"
