"Me and my partner decided to treat ourselves to going here for the first time the other day. Needless to say from my title, it wasnt much of a treat. My partner had a smoothie and I had a sundae. My food was fine however there was a hair in my partner's smoothie and when brought up to the employee they made a very big deal about refusing a refund so we gave up and left. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again to go for just a normal ice cream cone a few days later. And as I walked in there was no staff at all. I had to wait until someone actually turned up, bearing mind this was the middle of the day on a Friday.when someone finally turned up and I ordered, got my icecream cone and left. I immediately realized that the cone was very very stale. It was edible but just disappointing overall."
