"the staff was very friendly and helpful, eating was quick to arrive and very tasty. the menu is small, but it does quite a lot what it says on the dose and it does well. I have already recommended this place for termine with their partners to some of my friends. the price was quite good at £35ish for wein, two netzen and two desserts)."

"This is the worst dining experience I have had in Dublin due to one of the waiters We booked a table and deposited the money required, which I understood due to the busy time. There was a very rude waiter who said to us (quote) 'Nobody comes to a restaurant just to order deserts when he got to know that we were just ordering wine and deserts, other than a full set three-course meal We completely understand the rationale behind this, but the way this message was delivered to us was very unprofessional, disrespectful and in fact, very rude. I could think of a million ways to better tell your customers the same information. The waiter is black (This is not related to race at all! but his language could come across rude due to English not being his first language? benefit of the doubt is given here However, when we were leaving, the nice female receptionist was super nice and professional, making it less awkward to both sides Still, no customers should be treated like this"

"A family run Italian in Acton. Cosy and much more intimate compared to more well known Italian restaurants. The service was good and our waiter friendly and attentive. We were offered complimentary bread and olive oil for starters which was not great unfortunately. We felt there was too much olive oil and the bread was so hard, that we were struggling to chew it and so had to leave the bread. For mains we ordered the truffle ravioli in a ‘creamy sauce’ and the vegetable pizza. We were impressed with the pasta, which tasted fresh. The sauce was average; unfortunately, it was watered down and not too creamy as described on the menu and therefore it was just falling off my fork which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the vegetable pizza was also not for us… the base was very thin and after just five minutes we struggled to cut the pizza and would need something much more vigorous than a knife to cut through the base. However, willing to come back to try other pastas as that was good and the service also excellent"

"Had booked a table for three put on a table for two and third person squeezed onto same table . Sat under air conditioning unit which was freezing had to ask for it to be switched off . I had a goats cheese salad which was small to say the least ! Also this was the only venue available for use near the spa earlier in the day there was no lunch or quick bite menu only crisps chocolate bars and one crossaint available . Unless you had preordered afternoon tea options were non existent . I was visiting the hotel for overnight stay with my two daughters who were starving and had to wait until evening meal at 7 ."
