"Chelsea Rd Deli came under new management in January. It is now run by Giuseppe, with the excellent Kerry still there to assist. The atmosphere, standard of service and range of food available immediately improved. Then came the lockdown, Giuseppe quickly adapted to a takeaway...service, and the deli has gone from strength to strength. In this hot weather iced lattes are excellent, but he does a fine cuppa too. Filled baguettes are mouth watering and made to order. There are some lovely Italian delicacies and food to eat in is fresh and well presented. Hygiene rules are well maintained, and service is friendly and welcoming. And all this when Giuseppe is just 19 years old. He is a fine young man who works extremely hard.
