"we went for Sunday lunch after reading a lot of great reviews we arrived 15 minutes early and understandably he was not ready for table. it was really busy, we were shown the cash and would be called if ready 30 minutes later we had to ask again and was taken 1 minute, 10 minutes later we were taken to our sitting. again we had to wait a time until our order is taken. After we had received our starters after 30 minutes, we had to wait again for our head, which we followed with the waiter, who said we would see each other. a table of about 12 had been sitting after us quite a bit of lime and eating there and then getting their meals before us. that was the last stray, because we had not received our head, and that the waiter had not returned, so that we rose and remained very hungry. we were in the black swan for 2 hours 30 minutes and had not eaten properly, this is extremely bad service. if they cannot deal with the pay, then book the tables not to grab from its just money."
