"Nice meal and lovely staff. Food was very rich/filling and would have liked some lighter options. The restaurant is very nicely decorated but feels a little clinical rather than cosy."

"Welcoming and attentive stafff (when needed) even though we were last minute later evening booking. Never felt rushed. Food met high expectations. Main courses were cooked perfectly with great accompaniments. The parsnip purée was a highlight for the well judged lamb and chicken. Even a standard pub sticky toffee pudding showed how good this can be with some real attention to detail and finesse by a great team."
