"This used to be my favorite restaurant, but tonight was disappointing. I'm not sure if it was just an off night or if it was due to recent changes. We arrived at 8 for my birthday dinner, which was noted in our reservation, but it wasn't acknowledged. We didn't receive our burgers until around 9:30, and unfortunately, my gluten-free option wasn't available. Instead, I was offered a disappointing side salad. The desserts were limited to ice cream or chocolate ganache. The cocktails were good, but mine had hibiscus petals in it that weren't pleasant to chew on. We left at 10:50, still hungry. The staff seemed stressed and made a couple mistakes with our drinks. Overall, a disappointing experience for the price we paid."
