"Not quite lived up to its reputation but a pleasant experience. The staff is nice and even for a mid week early eve the restaurant was nearly full (restaurant week). The food was good quality. Pre-starters (poppadoms chutneys) were tasty as were starters (paneer and aloo bahaji, reshmi kebab) but the portions of the latter were tiny. They came together with the mains which is not my preference. The mains (zaika gosht and lamb rogan fosh) were run of the mill, however, the lamb in zaika gosht was slightly dry. I was full and pleased after the meal but I was expecting more from Indian fine dining . There are better Indian restaurants in Nottingham for slightly lower prices."
