"We arrived at the restaurant and were informed that lunch service would not start for another 10-15 minutes. Despite being willing to wait, we ended up waiting for at least 45 minutes before our order was finally taken. We inquired about gluten-free options, but the server had to check with the chef and never returned with an answer. We had to seek out someone downstairs to take our order, but they still didn't know what was gluten-free and disappeared again. It took over an hour before we received our food. The soup was watery and bland, and while the rest of the food was okay, we didn't feel very welcome. There was no offer of dessert or coffee, and we don't think we will be returning."
