"My companions and I arrived at the restaurant at our reservation time, only to be informed that our reservation could not be found. We showed the email confirmation we received, but were told that all tables were taken and we would need to find another place to dine. No efforts were made to accommodate us, which we found to be unprofessional. Although we were unable to eat at the restaurant, they still marked us as seated at an open table."
