"I ordered two calzones from this restaurant and had to walk 5 minutes up the road to pick them up. When I checked them with a food probe, they were only 32 degrees and cold. I called the restaurant and my wife went back to exchange them. The girl behind the counter said she would make us two more, but then the manager walked in and demanded that we either take the cold ones or pay for two more. I went down myself to confront them and was met with a mouthful of abuse. They claimed the calzones went cold on the walk home and then started blaming two drunk customers in the shop. This whole experience was an absolute joke and I will never be coming back again."

"I booked a table for 17.45 on Mother’s Day to take my wife for a meal. When we arrived the guy at the end of the counter couldn’t find our booking so he said something about ‘Did you get a text from us?’ which I’ve never had when booking through Opentable. He then said they were full and basically made me feel like I was in the wrong . He was rude, aggressive and arrogant. We have been to Kiplings twice before always booking through Opentable and never had an issue. We won’t be going again. Shambles."

"Order take away on Sunday evening via just eat we use curry cottage all the time food is ok. So we was tucking into our food and the wife said look at this a long hair now yes it can happen I get this so she removed it but two mouthfuls later another hair now this is disgusting on all levels called them wanting our money back told to go to just eat so I did they Informed me that I had to call the restaurant again she phoned only for them to put this on just eat and they wouldn’t return my money only wanted her food refunded as mine was ok, so I decided to leave it but we will never use this disgusting restaurant again I will be informing health and hygiene with photo evidence"

"We are a couple from California who were just passing through Ary and wanted something different for dinner. Everything we tried was absolutely delightful! We ordered the mixed pakoras, garlic naan, and two curries. We highly recommend this place for amazing Indian cuisine."

"Ok place. We ate here last weekend and it was ok. Obviously we didn't enjoy it as much as other reviewers so maybe we caught it on a bad night. Service was absolutely excellent and they could not have been more attentive. Also there was a nice gap between the starters and mains which is always appreciated many places hurry everything out too soon. The channa poori was a delicious starter. We were a little let down by the mains though. The lamb was slightly overcooked and a bit chewy but nonetheless tasy.
