While understandable on a busy Friday night two weeks before Christmas, it was not the most welcoming greeting. The food was good, and the waitress was fine until it came time to pay. She seemed annoyed that I didn't know I had to present my card on the back of the card reader and almost shouted at me. As someone who suffers from acute anxiety, her attitude really upset me. I urge Zizi's to train their staff to be kind and understanding, as I'm sure they would not tolerate unkindness towards their own employees. Please remember to treat your customers with respect."
