"The milk tea is good, but the waiting time is unacceptable and the staff seems to be slacking. When I ordered today, I was warned that it might take twenty minutes to prepare my milk tea. This sounded very long for a single drink, but I was fine with it. Unfortunately, I did not receive anything for one hour. After this hour, I started asking them and was told to wait for another five minutes. Further ten minutes later, I asked again, which (I think) made them prioritise my drink. I'm not saying the staff there is not working at all, they do work, but they work very slowly."
