"We booked a table in advance and arrived around 20.30. The food was good although we had to send some potatoes back as it was cold. The staff came at 21.50pm and asked us to settle our bill as they were closing, They did this to all the tables even those who had just received their meals. When we asked the waitress why they were closing up so quickly she said that they had been there since early in the day. This was a Friday night!! The couple at the table next to us said they asked us to pay as we were eating, this isn 't McDonalds . The next thing they did was to turn all the lights on full and at this point may of the customers just started to laugh. I love this chain of restaurants but I certainly won 't be returning here in a hurry!!"

"Had a tasty meal and enjoyable experience here. Great service from Chelsea and all the staff. I was really impressed by the team here were who working really hard. They gave great advice on the menu and were clearly interested in taking care of the customers well, and everything I asked for came promptly and correctly. My only comment would be directed at the management: I think they could really have done with a couple more people on duty to keep up with the demand. They never seemed to stop working. Service could have been a bit faster if there were more staff"
