"We had to wait for an hour on our pre-ordered table when I waited my parents in the middle of the eighties without adding anywhere. The starters were good, but my main was bad, lots of volume, but tasteless We then waited for 40 minutes to the desert menu and gave up and the jug of the water finally came after 30 minutes. We left and paid the bill at the entrance where there was a queue of people waiting for their pre-ordered tables. Management really needs to get a grip on staff training and make sure they have enough staff"
