"Horrible experience. We booked afternoon for 2:00pm. There was no one to greet us when we entered the restaurant. It took 20 minutes to receive menus. 15 minutes later our order was taken. 25 minutes later lukewarm tea was brought to us. 30 minutes after this tea was served we were advised that our order was submitted by the server incorrectly and that it would take another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. We offered to pay for the tea which was served to us and then left the restaurant. Absolute waste of time."

"The afternoon experience was disappointing. The scones were as hard as stones. When we raised our concern, we received lemon cake as a substitute, which was unexpected. The sandwiches were quite dry, clearly made too far in advance. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience overall!"
