"We stumbled accross this en route to the Dome for a gig. No booking, on entry the smell was amazing. It was about 5.20pm was told we could have a table for 2 but would need to leave by 6.15pm as had large bookings coming in. We ordered sides and mains. Portions were large, hot and very tasty. Prices were really reasonable. Highly recommend. Obviously their location means they cater for pre theatre bookings so booking probably recommended. Will definitely go back!"

"The restaurant was very busy. We were given a warm welcome.Menus came quickly. The service was fairly slow and only 2 glasses of water were delivered to the table with the other drinks. The food was tasty with good sized portions. There were no pizzas as there was a problem with the oven. (Repair was in hand) After the main course no one asked us about dessert. When the menus came and a sweet was ordered it just didn't come. We reminded 3 different waiters before it came! The same with the bill!. The restaurant is good but they seemed under a lot of pressure when busy. I also felt there had been a big increase in drinks prices. Cheapest red wine£8.50 for a 250ml glass."
