"This was our first time visiting this restaurant. The service was very laid back. The waiter took the time to explain some of the dishes since there were many items we were unfamiliar with. The Chicken Pie starter was a bit dry and lacked flavor, but the Moi Moi was more interesting and tasty. The Catfish with Yam Porridge main dish was delicious and flavorful. We were surprised that the portion size was small, otherwise it would have been a five-star meal. The wine selection was good and standard. There was a DJ playing great music, with the volume increasing at 10pm creating a lively atmosphere."

"I had an amazing experience with the West African cuisine at this restaurant. There were a few minor issues with some dishes, but overall, I can confidently say I will definitely return! The portions are generous and everything is delicious, made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the suya and the ndole, as they are my favorites. The meat soup is fantastic, filled with wonderful aromas. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always making sure everything is perfect. This place is truly a hidden gem in Birmingham!"
