"I’ve visited this place multiple times in the past for both food and shopping, and it’s generally been great. However, during my most recent visit, I decided to try their matcha and it did change my experience a bit. I ordered my drink with either soy or coconut milk due to my allergy, but I’m glad I noticed just in time that it was about to be made with oat milk, which wouldn’t have worked for me. Additionally, there was an awkward moment when the cashier tried to charge my friend extra for milk, even though she had ordered a milk-free drink. While the overall experience was still positive, I’d suggest being more mindful about dietary restrictions and charges moving forward."
