"frightening customer service. rude and indifferentes personal. does not believe that we are booking for afternoon as “we do not take bookings in a weekend”. they gave us a table. tee arrived and the brioche so advertised was missing and the scones were rock hard. When I drew attention to it, I got “so you waited 10 minutes to tell me about the scenes”. there was also a language barrier, or at least it was like they didn't understand what we were trying to tell them. I never had such a terrible experience as this. Avoid this place as the plague. I wish I would be on trip advisor. the reviews for this place are not good."

"just ordered for the first time, tonight and I have to say that the pizza is delicious! I wanted to have a cheaper alternative to dominoes and pizza hut, because dominoes turned so much around us that I refuse to order from them, and pizza hut I feel that the pizzas are not so great for the ludicrous prices. I thought I would give red planet one away and am so glad that I did it! pizzas arrived within 45 minutes (respectable and realistic piping hot and beautiful. I ordered the middle deal that gives them two media for £14.99, which is amazing. the man on the phone was also so polite and helpful, the service was brilliant. the guildford filiale would highly recommend: very happy customer and no need to reorder from dominoes or pizza hut!"
