When my food was brought to the table, the staff addressed the dishes by my name, ensuring there were no mix-ups with my friends' orders. I felt very safe and had no anxiety about ordering. While I can't guarantee there was a 100% chance of no cross-contamination— as it’s always a possibility—I did feel well cared for, and the staff seemed very knowledgeable about the importance of avoiding gluten."
