"The food was really good, but we were left waiting a long time before our order was taken, with people who came in after us getting served before us. As soon as we finished eating the table was cleared and the bill presented for immediate payment. We were asked to vacate the table before we had even finished our beers. I understand that this was a rugby day and they were really busy, however having booked in advance I felt rather let down by the whole experience. I and my friends are regular visitors to Twickenham and always eat at this restaurant. I might not do so in the future. It was easily my worst experience at this establishment."
