"Edit 2: As I expected, their offer to help is fake. They have taken my money and not provided the product while pretending to provide customer support. Do not use or trust this business. Edit: Please do not take the response from the owner as a useful resolution. They post these responses to look good, but have made no effort whatsoever to resolve this situation. They still refuse to refund me for a product which I paid for and was not delivered. Pizza was advertised as taking 25 minutes for delivery however the order took 90 minutes. I had to call the store multiple times to get them to actually deliver the order. When it finally arrived one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. The store have refused to provide a refund and have just offered a 'free pizza ' on my next order which is not even free as I would have to pay for delivery again. I also do not see how being forced to shop at this store again is compensation. They failed to deliver the correct product in the advertised time. I am entitled to a refund according to the Consumer Rights Act as this store took payment for a product that was not provided. If you order from this Domino 's expect to be charged full price, regardless of what product is actually delivered or when it shows up. Do not be fooled into thinking they have good service because the reply to reviews here. This is just an attempt to look good in reality they will refuse to offer compensation outside of the publicly view able reviews."

"I wish the restaurant's app actually functioned properly. Whenever I try to order just one pizza, their pizzas are always delicious. However, the app for online ordering is unreliable so I end up having to call in my order instead. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. "Many children frequent this restaurant, including my own. I recently discovered from my son that he has had trouble receiving the correct change from a specific employee. It seems that many of the children either didn't notice or didn't bother to check their change before, but now they realize that he rounds up the prices. When my son confronted him, he dismissed it by saying they didn't need the extra change or questioning if it really mattered. This behavior is unacceptable, and if he is consistently shortchanging the children, it can add up. In addition to what I consider to be subpar food, they are taking advantage of vulnerable kids. Even small amounts like 1p to 51p may not seem significant, but it is still theft."

"Ordered food this evening , which being truthfull is norm 100^ and older kids love it! Norm no issue Ordered food but chicken selects meal ordered with large fries for 4 kids came....3 selects and 2 hot wings wldnt norm say anything as food norm...100%. Rang spoke to chap fine just not sure which is fine and really polite ...obv cldnt confirm so manager came on phone......you would think this would assist.... He preceded to tell me it was a Dam lie???? and hed packed himself and put phone down!..... am genuienlly not joking???? Called back tried to defuse as kida listenig bizarrely manager so conformational he told me he was not and i was just repeating myself?????? Offered to bring all food to shop or for him to swing by as less than 5 mins from shop? told flat we had ordered hot wings?? No disputing at all as older lad loves them an had ordered 6 and all i was disputing was i cldnt feed kids hot wings frim mral that didnt include hot wings......... No way no chance blah blah blah.... so i aasked 5 kids get 3 strips so 2 kids kids go without?....and manager shouting its you im listening and im Dam sure i packed myself............? Honestly to say im confused is an understatement.... ... and so dissappinte. Now trying to calm older kids down as eveyone ended up just so upset....why? Seriously as working in management your absolute disrespectful rude and unnecessary argumentative response is a complete overreaction and has completely ruiend my entire family's take waway......"
